Back in 2012 I slowly got this blog started because I absolutely love to cook and try new recipes but it has always been near impossible for me to follow a recipe as is – I always end up changing ingredients to make the meal healthier… or sometimes just spicier. 🙂 (You can find some Kelly Jones approved recipes on my Pinterest page however). The easiest way to deliver information to my family, friends, students, clients and even some of you on social media is online. This isn’t a food blog of what I eat everyday or the story of my life. I post recipes as often as I can, discuss some hot topics, and give nutrition and stress management tips for your everyday life!

What you will see in my recipe posts:

  • 100% real, natural ingredients (and not the “natural” you see on food labels that doesn’t actually mean natural)
  • Special diet indicators – not because I think you all need to follow these diets but because some people have to:
    GF = Gluten Free
    V = Vegan
    Veg = Vegetarian
    DF = Dairy Free
  • Nutrients that the recipe is a good source of (and nutrition facts when I have time)
