I highly recommend that you stop searching for *stuff* that you and your loved ones likely do not need cluttering your home and brain, and instead invest in health! Gym memberships, massages, acupuncture, and yoga are all wonderful but, a healthy diet and a mind that respects your body can not only help achieve a healthy weight but, also prevent chronic disease and relieve stress.
I have several ideas for healthy stocking stuffers and wellness-focused gifts, and here are suggestions from a couple of other RD’s:

Seminars must be purchased within 24 hours of speaking with Kelly and scheduled by February 15, 2017. You must have access to web-based services for your group so that seminars may be held live or, you may opt for a pre-recorded webinar catered to your group. More details on seminars below.
Kick Start Program:
After an initial session, Kelly follows up with you for three 40 minute sessions. These sessions should be spread over a three month period, in which Kelly will check in through email on a bi-weekly basis. The sessions are based on your personal goals, progress and continually changing needs and questions.
Life Changer Program:
After an initial session, Kelly follows up with you for six 40 minute sessions. These sessions should be spread over a six month period, in which Kelly will check in through email on a bi-weekly basis. The sessions are based on your personal goals, progress and continually changing needs and questions.
Initial coaching session:
Your initial coaching session includes an assessment of current health status and an evaluation of your diet’s patterns and nutrient quality. Based on comprehensive information you provide ahead of time, Kelly personalizes your education. Long term goals are set and a short term action plan is determined. Necessary materials are provided after the session to guide success of the set goals. Initial sessions are 60 minutes.
Follow-Up Coaching session:
Kelly keeps you on track by providing continuous education, discussing goal progress, and assessing dietary changes. For athletes, energy and nutrient needs must be reassessed for your training cycle. Sessions might also cover meal planning, recipe modifications, travel, etc. Follow-up sessions are 40 minutes.
